The extreme quality of resilience does not manifest in every human brain. Resilience is the ability of a human to thrive in unimaginable difficulties and pain.

Neuroscience studies have shown increased activity in the prefrontal cortex of the brain of humans with high levels of resilience. We need to be consciously aware of the pain, and difficulties and be conscious of the changes and activity in the brain when it happens. This way one can endure the pain with utmost calm.

Nature helps humans to nurture resilience with conscious activity.

Practicing and nurturing a resilient brain is nature’s guide to relieving stress and pain.
